Worker Management

The Worker Management tool lets you track and manage your own workforce, including safety, induction, and RIC compliance. You can view worker status, take actions like approving join requests or sending invites, and ensure everyone is up to date.

What You Can Do

  • See worker status at a glance: Verified, Requested to Join, or Pending.

  • Track Induction Card (like RIC) status and expiry to stay compliant.

  • Take quick actions like:

    • Approve or reject join requests

    • Re-send RIC invites

    • Invite workers to the DS Platform or DS Site

    • Deactivate workers who no longer need access

Example Workflow

Let’s say Sarah’s RIC card expired. You’ll see it highlighted in red, and you can click “Re-send RIC” to prompt her to renew it. If Michael just applied to join your team, you’ll see “Requested to Join” with options to approve or reject.

The search bar makes it easy to find workers by name, email, or status — keeping your workforce organised and compliant.
