      Invite your Team with the System Control App

      Formerly known as Workspace Manager

      Go to Deep Space (deep-space.ai), then click Login at top right:

       

      You can then login with your email address and password.

       

      Then click Workspace at the top right:

       

       

      Next, select your Workspace from the list.

       

      And then select the project you would like to give the user access to. 

       

      Finally, type in the user's email address and click Add User.

       

      Generally a default user will have “Revit User” and “Project Viewer” permissions.

       

      These are what the permissions mean:

      • Workspace Manager – can do anything on any project, including managing users

      • Workspace Dashboard Viewer – can view the workspace (cross project) dashboards

      • Project Manager – can manage the licenses for a particular project

      • Project Viewer – can view the Project Dashboard page for a specific project

      • Revit User – can upload data from Revit for a specific project

       

      The next step is for your team to begin uploading data to Deep Space using the Deep Space Sync for Revit addin. 

       

      Note: if that user did not receive an invitation email to setup their account in Deep Space, they should go to https://api.deepspacesync.com/ and use the "Forgot Password" option to complete their account setup.
