How to Upload Microsoft Project Programme to Deep Space

Deep Space's File Uploader supports uploading your programme data from Microsoft Project to view advanced analytics in our Programme app and collaborate via Actions.

Follow these steps to upload your programme to Deep Space:

1. Export to XML from Microsoft Project by following this guide

2. Log in to Deep Space & navigate to the Programme App 

3. Click on the Upload button to open the File Uploader

4. Choose the 'microsoftproject - XML' upload format and fill in the programme type and name. Choose an existing type and name if you want to overwrite with a new version.

5. Click Upload and wait for the success message

If your XML file is in an invalid format, you may be using a different version of Microsoft Project. Please contact support and we can expand the uploader for your required version.

6. After uploading, the app will refresh in the background and Actions will be automatically created from your programme tasks. Refresh the page in a few minutes to see the latest data.
