Content Manager
How to use the Deep Space Content Manager App
Deep Space collects a lot of information about the content used in your Revit models.
This app allows you to check that the list of families used in your project comply with a mandated list of 'approved' families.
Remember you can view the list of approved families for a project in DS Command at:
Files -> BIM Content
Configuration
This article includes:
-
Auditing Family Content with Deep Space
-
Quickly and Automatically Check The Acceptable Families in Your Project Models
The process for auditing Family Content is as follows:
-
Run the Project Automation "Load-Family-List"
-
Curate the Family List in Deep Space:
DS Command -> Files -> BIM Content -
Refresh the Content Manager Dashboard to see the results
When viewing the Dashboard on your Project page, you can filter using "Compliance".
Compliance - 1 means that the Family Name is Acceptable and exists in the Project Family List.
