Change Parameter(s) for LOI Score

By default, the LOI score in Model Audit only checks RvtAssemblyCode.

For projects using a different classification parameter(s), set `include_in_model_audit_loi` to 1 in table `projectsps`. (Link to DS Command)

When 1 or more parameters are set to include_in_model_audit_loi, LOI score is instead based on the specified parameters both existing, and being populated in elements.
