How to integrate Deep Space with Autodesk
See Forge and Autodesk Construction Cloud for our legacy integration.
At time of writing, Deep Space provides a Forge app that can be installed as a Custom Integration to your Hub, via Account Admin.
This allows Deep Space to acquire project-critical metadata directly through the Forge API. Some users may refer to this as a Deep Space BIM360 Integration or an ACC Integration.
Installing the Forge App:
-

-

-

The App ID will be supplied to you
Configuring in Deep Space:
Once the Forge app is installed, log in to Deep Space and navigate to Settings > Integrations. Note you will require at least Project Manager permissions to access this.
Choose the right integration (eg. Issues) you wish to configure. At this point please note whether your project in Autodesk is using ACC or BIM360 and choose the corresponding option.
Click Configure. This will redirect you away from Deep Space, to login with your Autodesk credentials. Click Allow.
Once it has finished loading, choose the correct project you wish to connect to Deep Space via the dropdown list then click Save Configuration.
If you have no projects available to select, please ensure you chose the right option (ACC or BIM360) and that your Autodesk credentials has access to the project. Contact Deep Space support for help.
After saving, the page will reload and then you will see that the integration is now active. This means Deep Space will now start syncing data on a daily schedule.
