Adding a New Project to an Existing Enterprise Workspace

The steps typically required to get a new project operational on Deep Space (for Enterprise)

Generally, new Enterprise Projects are added by following this guide:

  1. The new project is requested by the Client to our Customer Success team

  2. The Customer Success Manager will meet with the main Client point-of-contact to discuss project details.

  3. The Project Environment is mobilised in Deep Space Explorer using the email address of the Primary Contact, and the agreed Project Name.

  4. Apps are deployed as per the agreed subscription package.

  5. Project Identifier is set using DS Command.

  6. Project Summary details are set in the Explorer interface.

  7. Project Programme is loaded

  8. Team is invited (can be done in batch)
